Yah for 2011! I have put off updating for a little too long. I have started out the year on a healthy note. I decided to start walking 3 times a week around my neighborhood. Just a half mile or so at first, then last week I did the whole loop for 2.2 miles. It's amazing how tired I was. LOL Gonna keep pressing on and hope to succeed.
I was discouraged for a while this month. It seems that every other week my weight loss has been around half a pound. It was hard for me to understand that small of a number. So I talked to my nutritionist and she gave me some ideas. I started counting my calories more closely and watching what I eat. I have lost over 4 pounds two weeks in a row. I don't care for "dieting" but I love the 4 pounds. As of Monday, I have lost 72 pounds for a total of 122.
